Common questions
Do I need a card to start?
No. You create the account with an email address and stay on the free plan as long as you like: 10 bons a month.
What does it really cost?
The free plan costs nothing. After that 19,00 € a month for one technician, 39,00 € for three. No price per bon, no minimum.
Does the client have to install anything to sign?
No. They sign with a finger on your screen and get the PDF by email. No account, no app.
Does it work with no signal, in a cellar?
The app needs the network to save. In a cellar, write the order on the way back up: everything is still there as long as the tab stays open.
And if I stop? Do I get my data back?
Yes, at any time: a full export in one click from the settings — clients, sites, orders and photos included. Your data stays yours.
